Today I tackled some serious FedExing (if there is such a word)! The boys had a playdate with Easton and Hudson and Auntie Shaunda and I accomplished a few things of our own. She washed her car and I organized adoption documents and addressed all of these FedEx envelopes. We have to FedEx all of our documents to be "Authenticated." My birth certificate went to D.C. and then the rest of our documents (that were all notarized and certified in Washington) went to San Francisco. I had to provide pre-paid envelopes to have my documents sent onto the Chinese Embassy and then back to me. If this sounds complicated, that is because it is...I had to keep reviewing my instructions to make sure I didn't forget anything. Hopefully these will be returned back to us in the next week and then we can FINALLY send everything to our agency to be sent to China! Monday, April 6, 2009
