On March 19th we received our referral for our little girl! On March 21st our agency sent our Electronic Acceptance (EA) of her referral (requesting permission to adopt her). Today we received our Pre-Approval (PA) which is China's agreement to move forward with our request to adopt her. Now we wait for our Referral Approval (RA) from China and it takes on average 1.5 months to receive this. Once we receive this then she will officially be ours (with of course some more paperwork). After we receive our RA we wait for our Travel Approval (TA) which on average takes about 2.5 months. After that we wait to travel and that is typically 2-4 weeks after we receive our TA. So, if I do the math on all this we are still looking at a bit of a wait before we head to China. So like the rest of our adoption journey, we continue to WAIT and trust God's timing...
