STILL waiting...

...for our Travel Approval. It is hard to believe that it has been a little over a month since we received our Referral Approval on April 19th and it has already been two months since we got our exciting Referral call. I thought for sure or Travel Approval would come quickly like all of our other approvals, but it hasn't. When we decided to request special needs I started to pray more specifically about WHEN we would travel to China. Before we even knew of our sweet little girl I was praying that we would travel in July. July would just work perfect with Kevin and the boys' school schedule. Though we don't have our travel dates yet, it is very likely that we will be traveling in July or very close to it. Although I would have liked to travel to China the day we saw Kamdynn's precious face, I am once again amazed with God's timing and I am thankful that his timing is always perfect.
While on the subject of travel I thought I'd share that we will NOT be taking the boys with us to China. We originally had our hearts set on taking them with us to experience the journey to their sister. However, after our recent Spring Break trip we have decided it might be best to leave them back home with family. They are still very young and busy...they are BOYS! We feel good about our decision, not only for our sake, but for Kamdynn's. It will be good for her to have some bonding time with just Kevin and I before the boys completely overwhelm her with their excitement!
