Day 14- Heading to Hong Kong

We spent most of the day packing today. We have far too many bags and we even had to buy another bag to get everything home. Today is bitter-sweet, bitter because we have to say goodbye to many new friends and sweet because we will soon be home. It took us about 3 hours on a bus to get to Hong Kong and customs was a nightmare. It was a huge challenge for Kevin and I to get Kamdynn and all of our bags off the bus and though customs. We had to go through one line to depart China, put our bags through a x-ray belt, get in another line to enter Hong Kong and then get back on the bus. Thankfully, a few other Dads that were done before us came to our rescue and helped with our bags as we exited the immigration building. We made it to our hotel at about 10:00 p.m. and had a very late dinner. We have to be up at 4:00 a.m. to catch our flight home. Thank goodness our hotel is connected to the airport so we don't have to go far. Kamdynn was an angel on our bus ride and we are hoping our flights will go smooth too. Wish us luck!
