FINALLY....

Mailing Our Dossier Documents....

Celebrating with ice cream....

....all of our Dossier documents were sent today! Mike, our Home Study social worker dropped by the last document we needed and the boys and I rushed back to Kinkos to FedEx our package to America World! I think we got there with 15 minutes to spare before the final FedEx pick-up of the day-phew! I had to explain to the Kinkos lady that the package was priceless and I am prayerful that it will make it quickly and safely to our agency next week.

Today it has officially been 8 months, 3 weeks and 1 day from the time this all started. It took almost 9 months to prepare all of our documents...I guess that is why they call this "paper pregnancy!" The last 9 months were certainly filled with paperwork, paperwork and more paperwork! The good news is that my body still looks the same (not that my body is something to brag about) so that hasn't changed like a normal pregnancy!

Our package will be to America World by Tuesday and sent to China on Friday. It will be on its way to China on Mother's Day weekend-PERFECT timing! We are anxious for our official "wait" to start...we have heard it could be 3 years or longer. Please keep us in your prayers as we do our best to wait patiently and trust God's timing. HAPPY MAY DAY!
