This week the Blankie Fairy came to our house to take Kaleb's blankies to a little baby that needs them. He was okay with the idea until it came down to actually leaving his blankies out for the fairy. We put him to bed and about ten minutes later he came into our room and said "Mommy, I don't think the blankie fairy should come. I think we should give my blankies to Kamdynn." He either wanted to do that so he could keep his blankets for a while longer or because he really wanted her to have them. Either way, it was pretty cute that he came up with the idea. While I wanted to give in to such a sweet thought, I told him that Kamdynn probably wouldn't want blue blankies and that she would have her own special blankies just like him and Konner. He finally went to bed, the blankie fairy came and so far all is well!
