Kamdynn had her heart check-up today with Dr. Park. Although three different doctors couldn't hear her heart murmur, we still wanted her to be checked by a heart specialist (Dr. Park). It was about a 2 hour appointment and she really did great. At one point she pointed to the door and said "bye, bye"...bless her little HEART! We are glad we took her in because we did find out that she does still have a hole in her heart (VSD). The good news is that it is very small (about the size of a millimeter) and will not affect her in life at all. Dr. Park said "treat her like a perfectly healthy little girl, because that is what she is." While we would have loved to hear that her heart was healed, we are certainly happy with the news we received...we have a healthy little girl!

That Waiting room certainly looks a lot different than the last one we saw you in....Shamian Island Medical Clinic. Where are all the screaming babies? So thankful for American medicine!
What great news to hear you have a healthy girl! I'm amazed at how calm she appears in her pictures! Ami does not do well with clinic/hospital procedures, and Miah didn't either at that age.
